Most people choose to come to therapy to gain an outside perspective on their experience, within an inviting space, and a warm, trustworthy, and confidential relationship. Therapy may be sought out for many reasons, including mental health support, maintaining wellbeing, goal-setting and skills- building, personal development and self-discovery, or assistance during life-changing transitions or decisions.
To best support our clients, we love to collaborate with others wherever it’s helpful for you, in order to provide holistic care across the medical, allied health, school, home, and family settings.
Group Therapy
We are looking forward to launching therapy groups and skills groups soon, so stay tuned! Group work can be beneficial to connect people with others with similar experiences, build social skills, normalise discussions about life’s challenges and mental health, and share in offering compassion and kindness to one another.
