Group Therapy

We are looking forward to launching therapy groups and skills groups soon, so stay tuned! Group work can be beneficial to connect people with others with similar experiences, build social skills, normalise discussions about life’s challenges and mental health, and share in offering compassion and kindness to one another. 

Therapy groups and skills groups will be periodically offered for specific age groups, and each program will have a specific focus. Future groups will include our social skills group for children, mindfulness and wellbeing group for adolescents, new parent support group, and mindfulness and stress-management for adults, to name just a few.
